Jan's Country Garden was inspected in October 2011 by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and certified disease-free.
Reason: The WA State Dept. of Agriculture has increased the cost for the Phytosanitary Certificate so much that I cannot, in good consciousness, pass this cost on to the purchaser. I have therefore decided to no longer ship any international shipments of tubers.
